Here is further evidence that the Florida statutes and laws are still under common law deriving from England:



Title 1 Section 2.01 States in part " common and statute laws of England which are of a general and not a local nature, with the exception hereinafter mentioned, down to the 4th day of July, 1776, are declared to be of force in this state; ..."





Your Birth Certificate is proof of 2 very important things in this world of commerce, and supreme power.

  1. Proof of a bond / contractual agreement.

  2. Land under that certificate.

In this article we will be focused on that Certificate of Live Birth.


Naturally all countries have their own form of registering all its inhabitants in an ordered system. That fact does not change the principle manifested in this example.


This form is showing us what is usually gathered by the State, that has power to register any and all incoming product, employees, property, information, chattel, into their system.


This whole process of attaining a birth certificate is not required in order to exist in this reality. Nonetheless, in this world, one is doing commerce or trade, and in this system, its all about business,


However for those whom do have a certificate of birth tied to a system of power, this is the key.

Your mother is taking her property (you), to the hospital, for medical attention. How do we know this? Look at line 17, she is named as the informant.


When this is done, the STATE has now taken on the power, and legal role as "Father" over the child. The child state-of-mind is the new property, of the State, or government that has that power in contract to do so.


Please note, that the State that your child was registered in, has Power of Attorney over the child.


The reason why this is extremely important, is due to the lack of competence shown by the Father of the child.


***The father is supposed to uphold the structure of the household as well as the mother. Unfortunately, the mother has forfeited her role having power over the child the moment she brought that child to the State, or governmental authority, and signed the contractual agreement.

As proof, she is signed as the Informant. ***


This child (you), is living, breathing, Land, Air, & Water, that moves. Think about that.


You have now been handed over to the state.

In return, you get to benefit from things.


Today, Social Security Trusts Accounts are established for this individual.

Trusts deal with property, banking, principles, all encompassing.


"A trust is a legal arrangement involving property and ownership interests. Property held in trust may or may not be considered a resource for SSI purposes. The general rules concerning resources apply when evaluating the resource status of property held in trust."

Rule 220 Birth Certificates


The Registrar of Titles is authorized to receive for registration of memorials upon any outstanding certificate of title an official birth certificate pertaining to a registered owner named in said certificate of title showing the date of birth of said registered owner, providing there is attached to said birth certificate an affidavit of an affiant who states that he/she is familiar with the facts recited, stating that the party named in said birth certificate is the same party as one of the owners named in said certificate of title; and that thereafter the Registrar of Titles shall treat said registered owner as having attained the age of the majority at a date 18 years after the date of birth shown by said certificate.

This piece of information shall provide the proof that will help us see both realities...get it? Real-i-ties. "I-ties-real" together., making them one.


Under the section dealing with the REGISTRATION OF LAND TITLES, your BIRTH CERTIFICATE, is required to registered by the REGISTRAR OF TITLES.


That is it.

Court Rule of Practice 220 is dealing with courts. District Courts deal with civil. and criminal cases. Money, and taxes are also implied in the settlements of these courts.


Since your birth certificate is proof of an existing piece of LAND, under YOUR NAME, you have to now accept that you are tied to YOU.


YOU, on that birth certificate, is your (real living self) shadow.


You, the living man, or woman, must provide proof that "the party named in said birth certificate is the same party as one of the owners named in said certificate of title;" (YOU on paper, and you in the flesh).


This is done with an affidavit, according to the instructions.


Once you have your affidavit, it must be allowed to be rebutted by anyone who claims that your information is false.


If your word is true, and unrebutted, it becomes supreme as truth.

In commerce, unrebutted truth is sovereign in its effect and dealing with any information that claims that it is false.


*Being birthed onto this reality, is your very first contract in this life.

Registering as the true owner of your land, and its title with the State of Minnesota as a business with your affidavit after the age of 18, is your official first contract as one attaining the Age of Majority.

This process is the equivalent of being " born".

*This is the 2nd matrix, the fantasy realm, where your "dreams can come true". This realm, is still governed by laws, enforced by god. *


This god of commerce, is still ruling under Draconian Law.

In part, we are still under these laws. It is proven by the way that we are living life in a commercialized world.

Mercury is a god on paper, controlled through an autonomous artificial intelligence system.

The artificial system that is collecting and processing our data, is the God of the fantasy realm.


Long story short, YOU (and you) exist in 2 simultaneous realities.


You, and your shadow.


Your shadow actually affects you in this world.


Your shadow is your business...literally.


Your Name is your business.

Everything you do in or under that name, is part of your business. It is literal.


You have proof that you have land under the same name that you were given at birth, by your birth mother, or whomever named you.


Although this land is your body, we cannot forget that we were given over to the STATE at birth.

Currently, the state has power over this land. At 18, it is expected that we are competent enough to handle our affairs in this world.


To do this effectively, without having to create a new business outside of you, one must register that land under its assumed name.

The assumed name, is the same name as yours.

At this moment you must see how you are separate from this piece of paper with your name on it.

This is where you go to register your NAME (shadow) as a business.

It costs $50.00 to register your land title in the system as a business.


You are also required to upload a document (Affidavit of Affiant) proving the truth of the information that you are providing.


When you have successfully registered in the State of Minnesota, you will then attain a Certificate of Existence for $10.00.


When this process is complete, you will have proof that your land, under your name, is registered as a business.

(b) The failure of a business to comply with this section does not impair the validity of any contract, deed, mortgage, security interest, lien, or act of such business and does not prevent such business from defending any action, suit, or proceeding in any court of this state. However, a party aggrieved by a noncomplying business may be awarded reasonable attorney fees and court costs necessitated by the noncomplying business.
